Whether you’re schmoozing your biggest clients, rewarding employees or building relationships, you need to know the event you choose reflects what you’re trying to say.  Selecting the right corporate hospitality event can be a mind-boggling challenge… you could end up with tickets on the terrace with a pie for lunch rather than a box and 4-course meal … and then how will you talk about next year’s relationship? The event is only part of the equation, it needs to give you the environment that allows you to fulfil your objectives, and here at Roantree we know the importance of getting the right mix.

Establishing your needs

Before we can make any recommendations we always seek to find out as much information as possible about your goals. Once we have the answers to these questions we can go away and do the leg work for you, scan our list of events and match them with your requirements.

When we’ve created a list of possible events we’ll come back to you with a full description of what you can expect from your day… from the location of the facility and the planned itinerary, to the catering arrangements – covering every detail so there’ll be no surprises!

Corporate Hospitality
Prior to your event

So your office doesn’t get cluttered up or any important bits of paper lost, you’ll be sent your hospitality pack approximately 10 days before the event. Inside each pack you’ll find all the essential information needed for your guests.

Each presentation pack will contain details of the hospitality that’s been arranged, an itinerary of the day’s activities, a detailed map to the venue, entrance passes, car-parking passes and even menus… so your guests will arrive at the right venue, at the right gate, at the right time!

Our service doesn’t stop there…

We can make every aspect of the day smoother for you and your guests by:

  • booking overnight accommodation at fabulous local hotels.
  • Organising transport door-to-door from chauffeur-driven limousines to luxury coaches.
  • Arranging gifts for your guests from personalised items to souvenirs to help them remember the wonderful day they spent with you.
Helping you to make the very most of the day

During the event an event manager is on hand to personally make sure you have a great time. If there is anything you think of during the day that would add to your experience, all you have to do is mention it and we’ll do everything in our power to make it happen. How’s that for a service?!

On the actual day

As first impressions count for so much, you’ll want your guests to be greeted by not only a smiling host with a welcoming drink, but a venue laid out to perfection. Before your guests have even got up for the day, a Roantree event manager will have been busy making sure every last detail of the day is just so for when your guests arrive.

From setting the seating arrangement, making sure your table has the best position, briefing the waiting staff, to ensuring you’re given the best service all day – Roantree’s clients will want for nothing!

Post event evaluation

We’re always striving to make your events even more successful and memorable for your guest, we’ll give you a call a couple of days afterwards to see if everything was just as it should have been, and if there’s any improvements we could make.
